Processing/handling and shipping times:
Please allow a full 24 hours time for your order to be processed in our systems. Once your payment has cleared your order will ship out within 2-3 business days. Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY only, all major holidays are excluded as well.
Shipping:
We use UPS and FedEx for shipping. All packages are fully insured and will require a direct signature to be delivered. Our shipping fee is $25 for all domestic orders.
Forms of payment:
We currently use the standard debit/ credit card processor, Stripe. You also have the option to make payments (buy now, pay later) on your order using Sezzle or Klarna at checkout.
Return policy:
Due to the nature of the products we sell, as well as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE be sure to look over your order to ensure all of your items are correct PRIOR to checking out. Upon receiving your order if there are any issues with any items please reach out to us within 3 BUSINESS DAYS. We will do the best that we can to have all of your concerns solved. Cancellations:
If you must cancel or return your order, there will be a 25% cancellation/ restock fee taken from the refund of the total amount.
